TODAY WAS...

Hahah.Hello World! We meet again (=

Today, as much as I've anticipated about this very day (8/8/08) for a very long time, turned out to be an unexpected&disappointing day for me.Apart from the Opening of the Olympic Games, today was, finally the inter-class Soccer competition which I've been waiting for that like one stone age (LAME)! RAWR! Oh yah, the parade was great... Hernani, seriously it felt like more than an hour but anw it was an awesome parade put up by the whole uniform group!

The concert was great.I guess...every year is the same lah~ but I really like the hip hop dance crew.The performance was full of flair!
What was unexpected about today was, I won the National Day Poetry Writing Competition!It was totally out of the blue.I didn't expect the poem to be as good as what Mr Ali told me.Jon should also be credited too as well.He wrote the second half.

The Soccer Competition wasn't what I'd expected.I guess,everything was partly my fault! Arrg..I'm so angry with myself! I made two mistakes which shouldn't have happend. First mistake was totally leaving my opponent which was Jumaat! unmarked.That was a school boy error.Second mistake was missing a goal.DAMN!!If only I'd scored, we'd have a chance in winning that competition!!Oh post,why? Why? Why?
As the captain,I didnt show much leadership and character on the field.I guess MY EGO got the better of ME. But the good side was...I didn't lose my cool even for a second (: Count yourself lucky.
